1. Work pressure. People used to work in night like 1 or 2 pm. 2. They fire employee without any severance package. They asked employee to put down papers during RBI restriction. 3. Hr will call a metting and say that your performance is not good, and you are supposed to put down your paper. 4. They negotiate too much during hiring process.

Work from Home policy in most teams.

Poor WLB and poor salary is what you can expect mostly in all teams. Rampant firing to show profitability to investors. Lean teams (1/2) developers in a team. Managers expect you to work at night during on-calls without compromising the following day schedule. No team outing, no culture and every project is always on priority. PS: Also got to know from people joining now that they have added a clause in offer letter that if they fire you, you have to pay back the joining or retention bonus.
