the management was great, they made sure to work around everyone's timetable, and there was plenty of space for development and opportunities, I made really good friends and overall enjoyed my time at Pandora, great for students or anyone who wants to make a bit of money during free times, the pay is also pretty good too

a-lot of the time you would be notified very last minute to cover someone's shift or halfway through a shift you are asked to work longer specifically on busier periods, the hours are decent but I would be scheduled to do around 6-9 hours a day

workspace is generally bright, clean, and organized in terms of the physical layout, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere to work in during your shift. The pieces are beautiful and meaningful, which helps when interacting with customers who are looking for special gifts.

The training process feels very hands-off. Aside from several hours of computer modules, there is very little practical, on-the-floor training provided to help you navigate real-world sales scenarios or store operations. There is a significant focus on sales metrics and "numbers" that can feel overwhelming when combined with the lack of supportive management or proper onboarding.
