Pros
There is a lot of variability in people's experiences at the company, depending on their direct managers and the department they work in. Some managers allow work from home with leniency. The pay scale is fair, the bonus is good, and the pension is great.
Cons
Return to Office is mandatory, and right now, there isn't enough space for everyone in the building. The insurance benefits are laughably bad for a company of this size and prestige. Even a decade later, this company's IT department is still bearing the cost of mistakes made in 2016 when it abandoned its scaled agile plans and went all in on Learnvest. Individual reputations have incredibly long lives here, and if you're not a model corporate citizen toeing the line, you will carry that mark with you for the rest of your years here. They do shadow layoffs every 3-6 months, so just be aware that about twice a year, people just end up disappearing.
