-Fun projects depending on what department you’re in

Cons
-So many blockers who just want to say no out of their own arrogance
-Some bad leadership
-Very few perks
-HR will treat you like a number and don’t actually care about you. I’ve had someone ghost me multiple times despite being an employee here. I’ve also had someone else pretend to hear me out and haven’t heard from her since when she claimed she’d follow up with me (6 months ago)
-You can do so much for the department and get zero credit as nothing is ever impressive or good enough
-Pay is borderline disgraceful
-5 days a week in office and if you have some medical issue, you have to use your sick time off instead of just being able to work from home
-There are a couple of leaders here who are walking HR issues and somehow are still employed
