What is the hiring process like at Ledcor?

They don't really tell you what the job is in the interview process. Great place to learn telecom to go work somewhere else!

There is no set schedule and your life is now owned by them. Watch what you sign..ie, little note about being available 24/7/365. No time off, and safety preaching is a joke. They work you all hours of the day and night.

You love working hard and being forced to break rules to get a job done while being treated like a prisoner

They ask you to go against codes but if they get caught they blame it on you. They also mass hire people and have even paid off a large hiring group in their orientation after forcing them to travel by plane to location.

Good company's culture and experience. Learning from a lot of professionals. Looks good on your resume.

Hard to move around within the company or internal promotion. They would rather higher someone external or friends with the hiring manager. The pay is relatively low compare to the market.
