      Pros

Exceptionally smart and collaborative coworkers. Tight feedback loops and high autonomy. Competitive compensation, including base, bonus, and perks. Engineering is tightly integrated with trading—your work has immediate impact. Strong culture of mentorship and technical growth.

      Cons

Intense pace and steep learning curve can be overwhelming. Work-life balance varies by team; some late nights are common. Limited transparency across some teams/functions. Niche tech stack (mostly OCaml) might not transfer directly to other companies.

      Business outlook

      Pros

The compensation and benefits are excellent, but it is definitely blood money.

      Cons

The administrative team is nothing short of a nightmare. The culture purports acceptance, diversity, individuality and an entrepreneurial spirit, but in practice they absolutely prefer someone who falls in line. The facade of being kind and friendly is flabbergasting once you see behind the curtain. If you’re going to be a snake, be a snake. Don’t pretend to be something you’re not just because you wear pajamas to work.
