I think in personal shopping who you are assigned to be an assistant to is important. I had a great shopper, however others were not enjoying their experience as much. PS assistants are not payed well enough, I would have loved to stay if we were.

A lot of opportunities in mid level management for climbing the ladder. The company is very focused on inner growth if you show the potential and ambition to grow. Good employee discount and health benefits.

Pay is not optimal. Plus you will have to take on a lot more responsibilities outside of your own. Taking care of your own department is never enough. Very high turnover rates within the middle management, thus many passovers are not handled well.
