Extremely disorganised management, no training provided yet expecting staff to get it done. The till system are so old and slow that it is difficult and frustrating to operate them at busy times. Understaffed, underpaid, no tips ! Faced harassment from the kitchen team!. Instead promoting current staff with good performance, they bring in inexperienced supervisors/managers,who get trained by the existing team members

If you have disabilities this could be hard because you do have to walk up stairs but other then that it was amazing!

Shifts can be very seasonal due to how many guests stay in house... Due to it being Kew Green no extra pay on bank holidays or any festive periods

Long unpredictable hours, unreliable and low raises, promote from within only after hiring from outside and it doesn't work out. Holiday Inn is currently a dying business, I believe it will soon be replaced fully with Holiday Inn Express.
