Extremely disorganised management, no training provided yet expecting staff to get it done. The till system are so old and slow that it is difficult and frustrating to operate them at busy times. Understaffed, underpaid, no tips ! Faced harassment from the kitchen team!. Instead promoting current staff with good performance, they bring in inexperienced supervisors/managers,who get trained by the existing team members
