Cons
I have been with the company for half a decade. Never left for one Loa, fully dedicated to this job.
My cons, is from personal experience with this company. It starts out nice, pay is good, they work with you on your hours & if you need time off they're very flexible & you pretty much manage your own schedule.
My issue is, the lack of organization & effort of communication.
I went on maternity leave after my 4th year of working with the company. I qualified for all maternity pay since I was full time. Did the amount of time I was eligible to take off for the maternity leave, I come back they say I need to pay $5000 of that maternity pay all back. I've tried to fight this, no acceptions they refuse to admit their faults.
I also have a doctor's accommodation to not have to go into office because my child has a disability.. I provided all documents that support this & they told me that my caretaker can take my child to office everyday for my break.
Anytime you try to dispute/fight for your rights with this company that they're overstepping, no one listens to you. They have some reason to justify their demands.. regardless of anything you provide/say. They don't care.
They refuse to promote my up in the company, I've worked for 5 years/full time. My status's are pristine & up to standard. Yet, I've been told that I'm not doing enough overtime.. but someone walks in the door as a new employee & they're hired as manager or higher up than the position they were enrolled in. It's absolutely insane what this company gets away with & what they prioritize. Ive tolerated so much discrimination & harassment with this company. I've reported it & not one person cares to hear me.. I would really consider this as a side job rather than a career. You shouldn't dedicate yourself to a company that honestly does not care about their employees well being/considerations.
