Poor management, staffing was always a mess

For non-attorney document assignments there is flexibility, and the pay is decent. They send laptops to work on so you don't have to use your personal computer.

Being monitored by the laptop camera is a bit unnerving. More temporary assignments would be better.

Your book will be cannibalized by senior leadership that is not hitting their KPI. Depending on the department you're in can be high toxic/full of snakes. Low salary and low base pay compared to other consultanting firms.
