Pros
Work/ life balance is great as long as you are hitting your number. If you aren't, well then you are going on a pip and they will exit you quickly in like 90 days or so.
Cons
"You are just a number- we are no longer a people company"- Unfortunately, those were works that were spoken by our CSO very recently. The pay is really low, like 30-40k low for sales reps and BDRs. They make you read off cards and are now scored on everything you say. Its a call center. Teams are spread out unfair, you could be on the statefarm team and make 3x compared to someone on the IA or allstate team. Unfair teams and unfair expectations.
