the management encourages new ideas/solution, but when you bring up they dismiss it and then later bring up the same idea as if it was from them, favoritism is def an issue in Corporate office, the staff is mostly white American women, heavy workload, outdated systems, they promote their own leadership higher and higher but associates stay the same with huge gap between the titles.
