Cons
Does not make commission, little to no benefits. Must be careful to only apply for full time if working 30hrs plus according to Tapestry Guidelines. If labeled part time and working 30hrs plus they will not give you any benefits (health, PTO, etc) Little to no time off including sick time, expect to never get your shift covered. No set schedule, your requested schedule is not usually followed.
