What is the salary like at Centurion Health?

Good benefits, plenty of overtime , decent pay

Work place drama , poor management team, poor security staff

At my site they have very poor leadership, co-workers who treat me like I am inferior and incompetent and supervisor does nothing to address the behavior as it continues to happen

Great job to develop nursing skills. You will see everything. The pay is good, but this is expected because of the environment you are working on. Be respectful to your patients and they will respect you. Never afraid to work here.

Regional management is horrible. There is no leadership. The zoom culture has taken the one-to-one interaction at all.

Work in a prison. At times, it is difficult to get your job started/finished related to safety and security of the prison.
