      Good pay, good benefits, the company overall seems good, sign on bonuses

      Cons

      At my site they have very poor leadership, co-workers who treat me like I am inferior and incompetent and supervisor does nothing to address the behavior as it continues to happen

      Excellent company to work for—I’ve been with the organization for 10 years. Strong leadership, great team collaboration, and a genuine focus on supporting team members. Great benefits and compensation, and leadership consistently seeks out our input and suggestions.

      Pros

      Helping others- Other staff was great. Salary.

      Cons

      Prison staff at Hayes were not concerned about the safety of inmates or MH Staff. Program manager avoided doing her job- Would scream at other employees. Work wasn't always divided evenly. Some employees were considered favorites. Have to be tough skinned to deal with inmates.
