What is the hiring process like at Catalent Pharma?

Very demanding. The project managers accept impossible deadlines and then keeps pressing you to finish quickly. The don’t hire new people, so when someone leaves their work just piles up on other analysts.

No more room for growth. It takes forever in a day to get a new position or to hear back that you haven’t got the job you interviewed for as it was already set up for an employee they knew they were going to hire for it in the first place.

Coffee Machine, Free food, Company Kitchen. Benefits were okay, comparable to other roles I've had.

Slow training, not open to possible process improvement, most coworkers are not welcoming, managers would often stop to talk with a coworker, after her scheduled hours to ask her to do something before she left.

No pros at this time.

Beware if you are joining MTO. The current MTO management is very selective in work distribution and recognition of work. HR goes by the MTO management's word. Responsibilities are not distributed fairly and people who work hard rarely get recognition here. Middle management is fairly newer to the process and does not have understanding of the processes.

Company is always hiring. Mid-level roles are secure.
