What is the salary like at Bunnings Warehouse?

Good flexibility with shifts, pay is quite good for a student and culture is quite nice.

Can be very hot in the warehouses in summer.

Management changes often. Hard to get permanent position even after it nearly 3 yrs as casual. Running on small staffing numbers putting pressure on team members. No weekly or daily comms like previous manager and inconsistent communication. Not much appreciation given or acknowledged from team leaders or management and inconsistent customer service badges etc.
