Pros
The salary ranges are competitive.
Cons
Pretty much everything else. The company is the epitome of toxic positivity and false promises. They’re forever moving the goalpost and “lightly” pressuring employees to work outside of hours for the next big accomplishment, and then once that’s complete they find something else to overwork them toward. It’s an incredibly toxic cycle led by the cult leader Chris Mason, who uses gentle parenting language with his employees to make it seem like he actually cares about anything but his bottom line. He makes unrealistic promises to clients and expects his teams to adhere to them and threatens their jobs. Or at least he has those who work directly under him, like Sky Eckstrom, do his bidding. I have seen employees binge drinking to cope with the stress and have serious health implications due to not being given a break in the workplace. Mental health takes a backseat at this company for profit. It is easily the most toxic place I have ever worked and I’m glad to be free from it.
