Pros
Interesting work, very challenging and dynamic. You'll always have lots (some would say too much) to do.
Cons
If you’re considering working here, be warned: the company’s leadership just implemented a mandatory return-to-office (RTO) policy requiring employees to come in 12 days per month, at least 2 days per week. This announcement was made without prior feedback or input from the people most affected—employees who have been successfully working remotely or with flexible schedules for a long time.
What’s most frustrating is how leadership handled the rollout. After dozens—over 100 messages—from concerned employees about how this new policy impacts their work-life balance, child care arrangements, commute costs, and productivity, the response has been dismissive. Just get with it. The only compromise has been to double the time people can work remotely, if their performance is good and their boss approves, from 2 to 4 weeks a year. Otherwise it's been just a unilateral decision that feels more like control.
Forget about autonomy flexibility trust and respect.
Another minus, it's a huge ordeal to get promotions.
