The employee discount, but if you’re working full time- good luck finding anywhere to wear those clothes to!

The pay is terrible for the responsibility and pressure coming from upper management. They hardly let you have weekends off or complain if you want any sort of “set” schedule (every Wednesday you for 9-5) they’ll claim that’s not a business need.

Cons
Unrealistic standards that cannot be met, especially when short staffed. Mean and unsupportive district leaders. The company just cut everyone's pay by more than 20% after touting valuing workers and boasting about starting pay and bonuses (that we haven't received in years). The starting pay for Brand Reps is now just insulting for the level of 'hospitality' you demand from workers on the front line that keep your business afloat. Horrendous dress code of white button downs and blue jeans. Company is clearly going broke.
