-A lot of independent if you work in project, You can pretty much come and go whenever you pleased as long as you’re able to deliver the result.

-Mediocre pay in operation role. -No clear career path and lack of growth opportunities . -ZERO career development training. You pretty much stay to the level when you just joined. You have to learn everything from the jobs.
