This Black History Month, the Black African American Leadership Network (BAALN) is excited to honor the profound contributions of Black African Americans throughout history 🌟 Our theme for 2025, "African American and Labor," promises an in-depth look at the pivotal roles and achievements of the African American community in the labor sector. Each week, BAALN will spotlight a unique aspect of this history. The month begins with an examination of the labor movement's impact in Week 1, followed by the transformative period of the Great Migration in Week 2.
