Summer is here! Last Saturday, members of the Tipalti Toronto office participated in the 2023 Heatwave Volleyball Tournament, supporting SickKids Foundation's childhood cancer research. The tournament was an opportunity to bring together colleagues from different teams to foster a strong sense of teamwork to boost employee engagement and team spirit. In addition, it reinforced our commitment to giving back to the community by supporting the future of children facing health challenges. Thank you to Heatwave for SickKids for hosting this event! We’re excited to announce we’ve raised $150 million in incremental growth funding from JPMorgan Chase Bank and Hercules Capital to further invest in our product innovation and support our customers in managing complex payables operations at scale. This brings our total equity and debt financing raised to $700 million. In the past year, transactions have soared by 50% for a total annualized payments volume of $43 billion and our global customer base has grown to over 3,000 customers, all while maintaining a 98% customer retention rate. We celebrated Employee Resource Group (ERG) Day at Tipalti! Everyone came together to learn more about all of the amazing company-sponsored Groups at Tipalti and to celebrate diversity, equity, inclusion and intersectionality in all of our worldwide offices. It was a big day full of fun, education, and even some karaoke as employees learned about In the Black, Women at Tipalti, Rainbow Connection, Aspire and Caregivers. Thanks to everyone who attended!
