New team members get the opportunity to train with experienced leaders and recently promoted team members to help pave their way to a successful career. This past week, all mentors and mentees met together in Napa, CA to celebrate and, of course, have some fun. As we continue to grow our business, it’s important to take time to reflect and share experiences with our teams for both professional and personal development.

The Eddyline at Bridgeport Village team partnered with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive in their community. With the help of residents, team members, and the public, they were able to host 30 donors and collect 20 pints of blood. With each unit of blood, they are able to help up to three patients. It warms our hearts to see our team members and community working together to give back. #ElevateToSequoia #Purpose
The DIBE task force has been hard at work to cultivate a company culture that is inclusive of the diverse experiences of all team members and residents. Recently, the team had the opportunity to meet in person for the first time to reflect on wins and opportunities from the past year and set goals for 2023.
