At Sequoia, our commitment to Purpose extends beyond the workplace. Each year, our teams have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the community, with four paid days off for volunteer work, plus a dedicated company-wide volunteer day. In 2023, our Orange County teams embraced this opportunity by contributing their time and effort at Second Harvest Food Bank Orange County's Harvest Solutions Farm. They picked, cleaned, and packaged cauliflower, a small yet impactful step towards supporting those in need. As we look forward to 2024, we are excited to continue our mission of giving back.

Last month, we unveiled our brand-new training facility at our Home Office.✨ Managers from our different regions were the first to experience the training room, diving into an interactive sales leadership training. We are thrilled to foster ongoing learning and development for our team in this new space.🙌

She helped paint affordable townhomes being built in Walnut Creek, CA. 🙌
This month, some of our Oregon team members rallied behind Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals at their Swing & Bid event. OFOSA is a foster-based animal rescue saving last chance animals from overcrowded shelters and finding them forever homes. As proud sponsors, Sequoia helped contribute to the $10,497.61 raised, aiding the shelter's needs. Our hearts are with our furry friends! ❤️🐶

Last week, we had the privilege of attending Housing Industry Foundation’s Annual Summit. We are proud partners of this amazing organization and our role as a Gold Sponsor enables us to provide support to families, individuals, teachers, nurses, and more with moving expenses, security deposits, etc. Over the years, Sequoia has helped close to 30 families through the Affordable Housing Initiative Program with HIF. Collaborating with incredible partners like HIF truly warms our hearts.❤️
Making a lifesaving impact! 🙌 Our team at Park Central in Concord, CA joined forces with the American Red Cross for a blood drive. Residents and team members came together to help contribute 25 pints of blood. That's the potential to save up to 75 lives! 💪❤️ #Purpose #ElevateToSequoia
