Reena Stenberg, our Director of Accounting, has been with the company for 30 years, beginning with a small, privately owned company that was acquired by Realtor.com. We recently asked her to reflect on the past three decades and here’s what we learned: Congrats on 30 years! Tell us about your career over the past three decades. Being part of the growth of an organization over 30 years has been exciting and rewarding. I’ve especially enjoyed all of the opportunities I’ve been given a chance to grow my career. I started as an Accounting Clerk then transitioned into an Accountant role, then a Senior Accountant and Assistant Controller in Canada. After that, I was able to move into an Accounting Manager role, and now I’m a Director supporting both U.S. and Canada finance deliverables and the global team. The finance team is a supportive, encouraging, compassionate, engaging group of peers who I consider to be my second family. I’m always engaged and challenged, because nothing is ever status quo.
