Today marks the start of National Nurses Week, and Premier Health is proud to recognize the incredible nurses whose excellence, compassion, and dedication make a meaningful impact every day. Rooted in the belief that every patient deserves dignity and respect, our nurses view their work as both an art and a science. They live this philosophy through their actions — guiding, healing, collaborating, teaching, and protecting those in their care. Each day, they bring our ICARE values to life: integrity, compassion, authenticity, respect, and excellence with accountability at the core of everything they do. To our outstanding nurses and the caregivers who support them, thank you for the difference you make.
Premier Health honors Black History Month and the profound historical and cultural contributions of Black Americans within our organization and the communities we serve. This month is an opportunity to celebrate these achievements and reaffirm our commitment to fostering a workplace and society where everyone feels valued and empowered. Happy Black History Month!

Premier Health would like to thank everyone who joined us for the Cancer Survivors’ Day Celebration at Miami Valley Hospital South in June, where we welcomed almost 100 survivors and caregivers. The event featured an inspiring keynote speech by Jan Hillman, games, music, and the chance to win gift baskets from local vendors. Mark your calendars for next year’s event on June 21, 2025!
