Our Chief Growth Officer Iraia Ibarzabal spoke at La Rioja's Digitalization Strategy Forum 2026–2030 on what applied, sovereign AI looks like in practice, for governments and businesses alike. The infrastructure is there. The political will is there. What brings it together is efficient, compact AI built to run on existing infrastructure, in Spanish, with data sovereignty by design. That's what Multiverse Computing delivers. Thanks to the organizers from Futuro Digital La Rioja and the Gobierno de La Rioja for the invitation, and for putting the right questions on the table.

At Multiverse Computing we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to building a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential 👥 Our DEI Initiative reflects this commitment: fostering an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive, collaborate, and bring their unique perspectives to the table. We see diversity and inclusion not only as core values, but also as key drivers of innovation, creativity, better decision-making, and stronger problem-solving. To continue turning this commitment into action, we recently invited DEI expert Antoni López Badell to lead an internal session with our team. During the webinar, we explored why inclusivity matters and how we can become more conscious of it in our daily work from understanding unconscious bias to creating spaces where colleagues feel welcomed, heard, respected, and included 💚 📺 This session was another step in our ongoing journey to strengthen our culture and ensure that inclusion is reflected not only in what we say, but in how we work together every day Thank you, Antoni López Badell, for sharing your knowledge and helping us deepen our understanding of this important topic 🤝🏻
