At Level5 Strategy, we believe fostering strong relationships leads to better collaboration among our team members. Our monthly "Coffee Pals" coffee chats create a space for random pairings to connect over a cup of coffee and bond as a team outside of project settings. This month, we added a fun twist by asking our coffee pals to take selfies during their chats to show off their favourite spots to sip (or snack) at – check out some of the snapshots below!

When Aaron Jake Inocencio was going through a tough time, he turned to running to help him cope.
