Last Friday, the Level5 Strategy team came together for our much-anticipated annual holiday party, and it was a night to remember! We reflected on the year (courtesy of our emcees’ creative “holiday roast”) and celebrated all that we’ve accomplished as a team. A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Employee of the Year award to our outstanding manager, Erika Siegert. Erika has had an exceptional year, proving herself to be a critical member of L5 by demonstrating excellence in both client and internal work, while showcasing impeccable leadership and reliability at the firm on all fronts. Congratulations, Erika, well-deserved! Despite Level5 Founder, David Kincaid’s legendary kilt not making an appearance, the team was surprised with an awesome live music performance by his band, with David himself on the drums. Who says work and personal interests always have to be kept separate? After helping develop a new customer journey in the boardroom for a client, Jonah Zgraggen, Senior Consultant, had the opportunity to take the strategy one step further on-site in Bogotá, Colombia! To bring the journey to life, Jonah provided hands-on support to oversee the launch, which proved to be an enriching learning opportunity. Reflecting on this experience, Jonah shared: "I've developed a much deeper appreciation for what it takes to bring a strategy to life. By collaborating directly with the client on-site I felt a much greater impact on the transformation we were driving.” At Level5, our work not only offers professional growth opportunities, but also enriches our team’s life journey.
