At KnowBe4, we take fun seriously, and recently, our Knowsters based in Clearwater, Florida, spent their lunch break participating in a โSpicy Wing Challenge!โ Alex, Help Desk Director and silver medalist, says, โThe wings were very spicy! There was five levels total, and the first two levels were not bad. However, by the third round, we felt it. The fourth level was sweet with a surprising kick, and by the last level, I was completely numb!โ

Today, we hear from Raul, Customer Success Manager. ๐จ๐ด ๐ What is something youโd like to share about your culture? ๐จ๐ด I'm originally from Cartagena, a city on Colombia's Caribbean coast, so our heritage is deeply rooted in a mix of native, African, and Spanish cultures. With this in mind, our people, music, and food are incredibly diverse! ๐ How do you feel supported at KnowBe4? ๐จ๐ด The training process at KnowBe4 has been a wonderful experience. My teammates are very knowledgeable, and although my position is remote, I genuinely feel like I am part of a team! I love everyone I work with. ๐ How will you celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month? ๐จ๐ด I will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with good food, great music, and amazing friends from a broad mix of cultural backgrounds.

Knowsters in the Netherlands and throughout the U.S. participated in this special event. Lael, Director of Global Sustainability, says, โMy family celebrated by collecting 34 pounds of garbage in our local community of Pinellas County! It was a day well spent.โ Great work, Knowsters!

My grandparents moved to Uruguay from Italy, and later my parents moved to Florida. ๐ How do you feel supported at KnowBe4? ๐บ๐พ I feel supported by being a part of a unique, global organization that respects and supports all cultures. I am very thankful for the opportunity to work in the LATAM market and support the region's local languages.
