I wanted to share a really awesome anecdote that I received during a stay interview with one of our Residential employees: "My experience at Hope began as a Direct Support professional, growing into a Plex Lead, and advancing to my current role Residential Services Coordinator. As a DSP, I learned hands on care and built strong relationships with the youths that I supported. As a Plex Lead, I developed leadership skills while overseeing staff and daily operations. Now as an RSC, I use that frontline and supervisory experience to manage schedules, support teams, and handle communication. My career path reflects dedication, reliability, and a strong commitment to both the youth we serve and the staff I support."
