To kick off 2025, H.B. Fuller is welcoming new and familiar faces to our executive leadership team! In January, we welcomed Laura Lorenz as our new Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Global Communications & Community Affairs. As a leader who is passionate about people and our business with a wealth of global HR experience, Laura will play a vital role in driving our ambition to become the talent magnet within the global adhesives industry. Laura takes over the role from Nathan Weaver, who is returning to his commercial roots to become H.B. Fuller’s new Executive Vice President, Business Transformation. From human resources to sales, Nathan knows every corner of our business, making him the perfect person to lead our ongoing transformation. In December, we also welcomed Dr. Xinyu Du to the newly created role of Senior Vice President, Global Research and Development (R&D). Xinyu, who has been with H.B. Fuller since 2013, will leverage his considerable multinational and customer-facing expertise to further strengthen H.B. Fuller’s R&D capabilities — and enhance our innovation pipeline in ways that solve our customers’ biggest challenges.
