New Chief Executive Officer & Chief Innovation Officer Roles. We are pleased to announce a new Chief Executive at Foster Moore. Joel Foster, Co-Founder and former CEO is moving to a new role within Foster Moore. Joel will take up the role of Chief Innovation Officer and have a focus on leading the product strategy along with business development opportunities. As Joel will will step aside from the CEO position, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Riegel as our new CEO. Martin will commence as Foster Moore’s Chief Executive Officer from 6 April 2021. Martin is well known at Foster Moore, as he was involved in a business advisory capacity in the past and more recently, was the Chief Operating Officer through to April 2020. For the last year, Martin has been the CFO and Director of Strategy for NextGen.Net a technology solutions company for the mortgage lending industry. Six years ago we entered into a partial ownership relationship with Teranet – Canada’s leader in statutory registry services with deep expertise in land and commercial registries, to better position both companies to share expertise and operational approaches. Over time, building on common values and two solid market brands, our relationship has manifest itself into a number of joint initiatives and into a clear view of potential growth opportunities together in Canada and across the world. As a result, effective 1 May 2020, Foster Moore International will become a 100% owned Teranet group company. The acquisition brings an investor with mutual growth objectives, strong operating capabilities in the online government, corporate and other statutory registry sectors that will complement our Catalyst™ Registry Product, which is among the best Commercial Off-the Shelf (COTS) registry solutions in the world.
