Our first #RisingPriser is Lewis, a Senior IT Consultant on our Service Delivery team. New Position: Senior IT Consultant Previous Position: Network Consultant Years of Service: 2 Years, 4 Months What are you enjoying most about your new position? I enjoy helping my clients look at the big picture of how best to use their IT. For example, introducing new technology to clients, then showing them how they can use it to make their jobs easier. In what ways has Dataprise set you up for success? Dataprise has great management. My manager ensures I receive all the tools that I need to be successful. When I have questions about what path I should take, I'm always given open and fair feedback and direction.
Tessia has been with us for 2 years and is our Lead Service Delivery Coordinator on our Service Delivery team. This is the second time Tessia has earned this award as she continuously outperforms our clients and her colleagues. She takes Ownership when challenges present themselves and is Unified with other internal teams. You are a Rockstar, Tessia. Keep up the amazing work!

Our #PriserSpotlight for this month is Alex, Senior .NET Developer on our DevOps team. What do you do at Dataprise? I support and enhance our internal tool, JMS, and its auxiliary services. Since I joined Dataprise last October, I have been working on its IT Service Management (ITSM) integration with our clients. What keeps you motivated? Learning new things while working my way through completing a task. Also, knowing that the work I do not only helps Dataprise as an organization but our clients as well. Why work at Dataprise? There's lots of potential for growth and support from leadership. Plus, there's a genuine concern for the welfare of employees, which is particularly meaningful during these challenging times.

Diana has been with Dataprise for about 18 months – starting on our Sales team as a Sales Coordinator and recently moving into an exciting new role within the Marketing department as our Project and Program Specialist. During her time at Dataprise, she is regularly praised by her peers and is always willing to lend a hand to others. She is taking on her new position responsibilities seamlessly and goes above and beyond the day in and day out!
