As Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, we want to take a moment to honor and celebrate the rich cultural contributions of the Hispanic and Latinx communities. At Collective Health, we’re proud to work alongside so many talented colleagues who embody the spirit of innovation, resilience, and community. 🌟 This month — and every month — we recognize that diversity strengthens our workplace and the healthcare system we’re working to build. Throughout the month, our employee resource group, Collective Comunidad, hosted a bunch of activities to bring our people together. From planning our first ever Hispanic Heritage Month Cultural Fair, complete with traditional drinks, food, and crafts from all over the world, to creating a slate of presentations, fireside chats, and social hours, this team has gone the extra mile to make this month memorable. 🌎 Over the last few weeks, Collective Comunidad also discussed the impact of the Hispanic community within our company and how it positively influences our members and enhances the client experience. They also helped non-Spanish speaking colleagues connect with the Hispanic language by helping them leverage their first language to recognize cognates and better understand Hispanic words. 🧩 Here’s to continuing the celebration of Hispanic heritage today and every day! 🎉

On Juneteenth we honored a pivotal moment in American history — June 19, 1865, when the last enslaved people in Texas were informed of their freedom, a full two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. Juneteenth is not just a celebration of freedom, but also a day for reflection and education. In the spirit of learning and celebration, our employee resource group, The Black Collective, provided snacks from Black-owned brands across all of our offices. This was not only a treat but a meaningful way to support and recognize the contributions of Black entrepreneurs. They also compiled a list of resources to help everyone at Collective Health learn more about the significance of Juneteenth and the ongoing journey toward equality and justice. Let’s honor Juneteenth with reflection, education, and action. 🖤✨

We’re excited to focus on the themes of welcoming, authenticity, awareness, and connection. Here’s to a Pride Month filled with joy, pride, and progress! 🌟🌈
Everything's bigger in Texas, including our excitement! ⭐ We're thrilled to announce the opening of our new office in Plano, TX, where we recently welcomed about 100 Plano-based employees. The new Plano office is an important hub for Collective Health’s bilingual customer and member experience team, enabling us to further expand our support to Spanish-speaking members, as well as reinforce our service experience for all clients. “We’ve seen tremendous growth in the region, and we will continue to support employers’ desire for innovative and value-maximizing health benefit plan solutions that they can be proud of,” said Ali Diab, Collective Health’s CEO and co-founder. “We look forward to being an integral part of the Plano community as we hire and scale.”
