Celebrating 35 years of Chatters by giving back in a meaningful way 🩷 At Chatters Hair Salon, we’ve always believed that what we do goes beyond hair. It’s about care, connection, and community. Since 2016, alongside our incredible clients, we’ve raised over $446,000 in support of RMHC — helping provide nearly 1,800 nights of comfort for families staying close to their children during some of life’s most challenging moments. This year, as we celebrate our 35th anniversary, we’re proud to continue this partnership. Throughout the campaign, guests can donate at checkout, and we’ll be matching every dollar to double the impact. It’s a simple act, but together it creates something powerful. As we wrap up Employee Appreciation Month at Chatters, we’re recognizing the teams who help keep everything running behind the scenes. From setting strategic direction to supporting our salons and retail teams day-to-day, our Support Centre plays a key role in setting our people up for success. Alongside them, our Distribution Centre team ensures products move efficiently from arrival to delivery, helping keep shelves stocked and operations running smoothly. This week, we’re highlighting our corporate office and warehouse teams, along with 9 team members whose contributions make a meaningful impact across the organization. We’re grateful for the collaboration, consistency, and care these teams bring to their work every day.

Today, 89% of our employees and 93% of our leadership roles are held by women, reflecting the talent, resilience, and leadership that power our organization. This week, we’re proud to spotlight inspiring women from across our Support Centre and field teams through our Women in Leadership Spotlight Series, celebrating the people who continue to shape our culture and future. While this series highlights a few individuals, we also want to take a moment to recognize all the remarkable women across our Chatters community. In honour of this year’s theme, #GiveToGain, we’ve made a donation to Dress for Success, an organization whose mission is to help women access professional attire, career coaching, and the confidence to thrive in the workplace. Reflecting on an Impactful 2025 at Chatters ✨ 2025 was a year of momentum, growth, and purpose at Chatters – marked by innovation, community impact, and unforgettable team moments. Welcomed our new CEO, Kelly West, whose people-first leadership is shaping an exciting future here at Chatters. Launched Beauty Chair Services, expanding modern in-salon offerings and career opportunities. Introduced Chatters Rewards, creating a more connected and rewarding customer experience. Gave back $45,000 to Ronald McDonald House Charities through our Cuts for a Cause and Giving Tuesday initiatives. Brought our community together and continued to strengthen our partnership with our Franchise partners at our Chatters Symposium through education, creative competition and celebration. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re proud of our teams who make Chatters a place where careers, and communities, thrive.
