The Fort McMurray CEDACares Committee, dedicated to supporting local non-profit organizations in need, has wrapped up an incredible 2025 campaign and what a success it was! Surpassing its $20,000 fundraising goal, the committee raised an outstanding $27,658.96 through employee donations, pledges, fundraising events and a contribution from CEDA’s corporate office. Proceeds were evenly distributed among four amazing local organizations making a difference in our community: 1. Wood Buffalo Food Bank Association 2. The Centre of Hope Fort McMurray 3. BGC Fort McMurray 4. Fort McMurray SPCA By supporting these organizations directly, the committee ensures that both funds and volunteer efforts create meaningful, lasting impact where it matters most. A huge thank you to the Fort McMurray CEDACares Committee and all employees who contributed to this successful campaign and continue to show what community support truly looks like.
