Saturday Boozt proudly took center stage as the main sponsor of the prestigious hashtag#Guldknap 2024 event, organized in partnership with ALT FOR DAMERNE. Held at the iconic Opera House in Copenhagen, the event welcomed 800 guests for over four hours of fashion, beauty, and entertainment. hashtag#Boozt delighted guests with engaging activities, including our Spin the Wheel and selfie mirror, ensuring everyone left with lasting memories.
Meet Agné Pargaliauskaité. In 2014, while pursuing a Finance degree in Lund, Agné began her journey as a Customer Service Agent in Hyllie. Originally from Skuodas in the Northern part of Lithuania, she had moved to Sweden to study, drawn by the opportunity to earn a degree abroad and the presence of family in the region. How did you start at Boozt? Boozt was looking for customer service agents who spoke Lithuanian. After just a few months, I could see the company was growing quickly, so I spoke to a manager about opportunities for more responsibility. That’s how I transitioned into what is now the supply chain department, and from there I moved to Buying & Merchandising. Merchandising, in particular, interested me because it’s closely related to finance. One day, I was asked to become a junior merchandiser. At the time, the team was small, with only eight merchandisers; today, we have around 30-40 people. I've been at Boozt for 10 years, but it feels like I’ve worked for different companies because things have changed so much. It’s amazing to look back and see that many of the people who were there when I started are still here and going strong.
At Boozt, we regularly host talks to inspire our employees, and our latest event was no exception. The session focused on maximising productivity, both at work and in exercise routines. Olof W Lindberg from Polar Electro Oy and a six-time triathlete, shared his insights on pushing personal limits. The event also included a presentation on analysing data from wearables, exploring various options, and concluded with a lively Q&A, leaving attendees with valuable takeaways.

Today we released our financial report for the second quarter of 2024. Boozt continues to gain market share, improves revenue by 11% and maintains solid profitability. This week is Copenhagen Fashion Week. To celebrate, Boozt invited brands, partners, and ambassadors to a festive gathering in a beautiful setting, aimed at further strengthening relationships. Fashion, beauty, and home brands—all available at the Nordic department store—were showcased in a sunny setting.
