No fee was paid for the nomination or receipt of the award. To find and recognize the Best Place to Work, InvestmentNews invited organizations to participate by filing out a questionnaire, which asked companies to outline their workplace policies, benefits, and cultural practices. Next, employees from the companies were invited to complete an anonymous workplace satisfaction survey administered independently. Only organizations that met the required employee response threshold - based on total company size - advanced to the scoring stage.
