Take me out to the ball game! ⚾ While our Los Angeles teammates are still basking in the glory of the Dodgers’ World Series win, our North Carolina team demonstrated that the passion for baseball is deeply ingrained in AIR Communities. Our teammates recently gathered at the historic Durham Athletic Park for an AIR Live event, a unique opportunity to cheer on the Durham Bulls, the iconic Triple-A team immortalized in the 1988 classic rom-com “Bull Durham”! It was an evening filled with great energy, hometown spirit, and plenty of team connection. Our North Carolina team played a pivotal role in creating this memorable event, from cheering in the stands to sharing stories between innings, they made it a night to remember under the ballpark lights. Thank you to our North Carolina team for bringing that signature AIR enthusiasm to the field and for continuing to make moments that matter, on and off the diamond.
AIR Gives Fallunteer Weeks kicks off Monday, November 3rd, and runs through Friday, November 14th. But our teams aren’t waiting to make a difference! Across the country, AIR Communities teammates are already rolling up their sleeves and giving back to the communities we call home. In South Florida, a group of AIR teammates joined the International Coastal Cleanup, helping remove part of the 25,000+ pounds of trash collected from Miami’s beaches. Their efforts helped keep our local coastline beautiful and thriving for everyone to enjoy. Meanwhile, in Washington, D.C., our Bent Tree team partnered with residents to host a donation drive in support of the Katherine K. Hanley Family Shelter. Together, they collected clothing, toiletries, and essential supplies totaling $1,500 in donated items...a true example of neighbors helping neighbors. There’s no shortage of ways to volunteer or lend a hand during Fallunteer Weeks. Whether it’s cleaning up, donating, mentoring, or serving meals, every act of kindness counts. Follow along on our AIR Gives journey through Fallunteer Weeks starting November 3rd and see how AIR teammates are making an impact, one community at a time.
🔐 October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month! At AIR Communities, we are a united front when it comes to information security. Our Technology team has dedicated this month to empowering every teammate to be cyber smart. Throughout October, the team has shared valuable insights on key cybersecurity topics, including the dangers of smishing, how to stay alert against phishing, and best practices for protecting teammates and company data. This collective effort is a testament to our shared responsibility in cybersecurity. To keep the learning fun and engaging, our Denver teammates recently gathered for a Cybersecurity Awareness–themed Mix & Mingle, where they put their knowledge to the test with a lively game of Cybersecurity BINGO! Through a mix of laughter and friendly competition, teammates honed their ability to identify potential threats and protect the information that ensures AIR operates securely. A big thank you to our Technology team for leading the charge in raising awareness and empowering all of us to protect our digital world…not just in October, but every day. 💡 Remember: Cybersecurity is everyone’s responsibility. Stay alert, stay informed, and stay secure! #CyberSecurityAwarenessMonth #InformationSecurity #AIRCommunities #TechAtAIR #TeamAIR

At AIR Communities, we’re proud to invest in our teammates’ growth through programs like ASCEND, a mentorship initiative designed for Service Technicians who want to strengthen their technical, leadership, and communication skills while advancing their careers with AIR. Recently, our ASCEND participants joined Area EVPs Didi Meredith and Kevin Mosher for an engaging Fireside Chat about expectations for the program and how to prepare for future opportunities. Kevin and Didi shared how our service teammates are the heart of AIR’s business, offering valuable guidance on readiness for new challenges, including leadership development, relocation considerations, and leveraging AIR’s support systems during property transitions. “With these new communities AIR has taken on this year as part of AIR’s portfolio growth, sales are important, but the service side has been the most vital part of maximizing value and adding the AIR Edge,” said Kevin. “As you learn to be a leader within your peer group, you become the person that teaches and mentors others,” Didi added. “You begin to see the bigger picture of AIR’s business.” Thank you to all our ASCEND participants, and to Didi and Kevin, for leading an inspiring and open conversation about growth and opportunity at AIR Communities!
Last week, our Peachtree Park Apartments team in Atlanta gathered for a special community BBQ hosted by general contractor, Reeves Young, to celebrate the midpoint of the Atlanta Beltline Northwest Trail Segment 1 construction. With perfect fall weather and great company, more than 50 people gathered to celebrate this exciting milestone, including AIR Communities teammates, Peachtree Park Apartments residents, construction crews, and members of the Atlanta Beltline and PATH Foundation. The Beltline project is already transforming the area, bringing new energy and connectivity to the community. Residents shared their excitement about seeing the progress. They can’t wait for the official opening of the Beltline Northwest Trail Segment 1 next year, which will further integrate Peachtree Park into the heart of Atlanta’s vibrant neighborhoods. It was a wonderful afternoon of food, fun, and community spirit, celebrating not just construction progress but the growing connections that will make Peachtree Park an even more desirable place to live, work, and play. A big thank you to Reeves Young for hosting, and to our AIR Communities teammates who helped make the event a success. We’re excited for what’s ahead as Peachtree Park Apartments becomes part of the Beltline system!
AIR Communities today announced an update on our GRESB [LINK] performance and corporate responsibility program. We’re proud to share that our company achieved a 2025 GRESB score of 85/100 and 4 out of 5 stars, placing us in the top 25% of residential entities in the Americas and ranking 33rd out of 145 participants. This marks AIR’s fifth year of participation in the global benchmark for real estate sustainability performance. We earned top scores of 95+ out of 100 in Leadership, Building Certifications, Stakeholder Engagement, Tenants & Community, and Data Monitoring & Review. In addition, AIR outperformed peers in environmental performance areas, including energy use, GHG emissions, water consumption, waste management, and sustainability certifications. Our commitment extends beyond environmental progress. In 2025, AIR Communities also achieved the following: ✅ Certified™ by Great Place To Work® – with 88% of teammates affirming AIR as a great workplace. ✅ Named a National Top Workplace for the fourth year in a row, plus multiple regional honors. ✅ Continued high resident satisfaction scores, reflecting our commitment to exceptional living experiences. ✅ AIR teammates continue to make meaningful impacts in their communities through the AIR Gives philanthropic program, participating in service activities across the country, including the company’s upcoming annual Fallunteer Weeks volunteer campaign.
Our Northern California teammates recently came together to create moments that matter at an AIR Live family picnic! 🌞🌳 Held at beautiful Coyote Point in San Mateo near our community at Laurel Crossing, the event was the perfect way to close out summer while celebrating the team’s hard work during the busy season. Alongside delicious food, the afternoon featured games, sweet treats, and prizes, and most importantly, plenty of laughter and connection. At AIR Communities, we believe that community is at the heart of everything we do, not only in the neighborhoods we serve but also within our teams. Events like this remind us how meaningful it is to step away from our daily routines, spend time with one another, and celebrate achievements together. 👏 A big thank-you to our Northern California teammates for bringing the AIR Spirit to life with such a memorable day!
Earlier this year, the AIR Communities San Diego team was named the West area winner of the AIR Spirit photo contest, earning themselves a team outing! Instead of keeping the celebration small, they decided to make it even bigger by pooling resources with AIR Live and heading to one of the most magical places in Southern California (and the world): Disneyland! ✨ The AIR Live program gives our teammates an opportunity to build relationships inside and outside the office. Each year, events are organized across the country for teammates to connect, relax, and enjoy a fun experience together. The timing couldn't have been better for the San Diego team. After a busy season, the team came together to celebrate, recharge, and, most importantly, connect. The celebration at Disneyland wound up being one of San Diego's best team building experiences to date. They shared laughs and enjoyed rides, popcorn, ice cream, and hanging out with Disney characters...not your typical Wednesday afternoon! At AIR Communities, we know strong teams build strong communities. Experiences like this demonstrate how relationship-building and culture go hand in hand, enabling us to collaborate more effectively and deliver for our residents. Here’s to more magic, memories, and team wins ahead! 🏰✨
AIR Communities believes that teamwork is everything. Our Asset Quality Service (AQS) Project Coordinators are true MVPs. By taking on key responsibilities behind the scenes, this squad keeps our on-site teams focused on leasing and delivering championship-level service. The roster includes six rock star teammates based in Denver and Philadelphia. Many have their own AIR Jungle Gym journeys, moving across roles and departments to grow their careers and impact. And the results speak for themselves! This year alone, the AQS Project Coordinators have saved service associates hundreds of hours, giving them more time to shine for our residents. As one teammate put it best: “If our service teams are the quarterbacks, we are their offensive line, giving them time in the pocket so they can focus on delivering for our residents and communities.” At AIR Communities, we love to compete, and thanks to our AQS Project Coordinators holding the line, we’re set up for plenty of wins on and off the field. 🏆
