Associate Fullstack Developer salaries in Canada

First year Senior Director at a B4 firm with only FDD experience in the past 8 years out of college. Was recently approached for an ops role at UMM PE firm, and honestly I have not thought about that exit. Looking for some wisdom and questions i should be asking myself whether to consider a career move. I believe my brand at current firm/team is better than okay, no big concerns with comp, but working mostly remote. The ops position is asking 3-4 days in office - comp will be comparable

What offer to accept: 1) AI- Lead Director level role at a small tech startup company. TC $250k or 2.) Manager level at Bain in TMT strategy for $270k. Obviously Bain is better comp and is Bain but does hands on applied ownership of AI and Director title matter more?

Currently in risk operations. LCOL location . UK. Got offered a job at BNP. Moving up from director to VP. 30k over current base. Issue is I have political capital here and am pretty certain I'm getting VP this year. I don't want to jump if my pay rise would take me to the same level given that I've got great political capital here. Thing is nothing is guaranteed and I don't want to pass it up

Looking for officer advice. I've been headhunted for a role at BNP. Risk. Title promo to VP from director, and 30k on top of my current salary. I'm essentially confirmed for VP this year but don't know the bandings for a p4 VP, and have political capital here I don't want to burn. As much as everyone here enjoys a moan, I like the firm, my peers and the culture. I do feel like I'd be stupid to turn down a 30k bump and title bump though. Has anyone been here, waited and it paid off for them?
