      tracker every single minute if you go to the toilet or if you have a personal call, sickness, weekend shift , 10 hours working in 4 days a week , bank holidays working . break are split 30 minutes of lunch and two breaks of 15 minutes every 2 hours . bug in the systems after every updates , rude customers , notice period of sickness
