Pros
- More or less home office friendly - Opportunities to be more involved in the processes and take on responsibilities than in bigger structures - Multinational and multicultural team - Relative freedom to try things and make projects with little to no micro-management
Cons
- Work/life balance difficult to manage (overtime is not explicitly expected but in reality needed to achieve most goals given the small size of the team - No benefits or bonuses except the legally required ones - Perspectives of evolution inside the company are not the best
