      Pros

      Great team dynamics - everyone works together and takes care of each other - both in the office and out. Focused on the TMT industry, so very interesting work as the industry is constantly changing and evolving. Work closely with senior staff - a lot of opportunity to develop quickly and grow in your roles and responsibilities. Great benefits since inCode's parent company is Ericsson (swedish)

      Cons

      Lower salaries compared to other firms. Attempt to staff locally whenever possible, which is fine. However, if you want to live in city centers, clients could be an hour drive away from your home. This gets pretty frustrating, as travel time every week can be much larger than if you were flying to a different city. We don't get reimbursed for any of this time, and it's assumed you will be in the office everyday with little awareness to the stresses of commuting.
