      Introduced Product Environmental Compliance software to the North American market....quite challenging.

      Pros

      Strong existing customer base using a very good software for managing Substance Control Directives. iPoint is well connected with EU intiatives.

      Cons

      Very expensive, slow to deploy, lack of sales support due to not understanding the US market. Not open to new ideas or suggestions.

      Remote opportunity and good work/life balance

      Cons

      Low pay, poor management and no upward mobility. Not a career move. Company does not seem to be growing at a healthy rate. Very unorganized and lacks transparency. I witnessed poaching from competitors and then quick turnover of the new employees. Beware if you are entering on the sales side. The president of the US team will go to extreme lengths to earn new business.

      Thank you for your response. iPoint has undergone significant changes over the past one and a half years with new leadership including new ownership, a new CEO and new leaders and personnel in Ann Arbor. With regard to compensation and career development, we have and continue to make changes to provide competitive wages with career development plans allowing our employees the opportunity to grow and be challenged. This includes annual performance metrics and reviews to ensure everyone has the transparency you've mentioned.
