Pros

The Pros go away within 30-60 days after you start work.

Cons

Flexibility is just a word used by Keith to say he has no structure. There isn't a 3-day plan, much less a 3-month, 1-year, or 3-year plan. Latman's excuse? "We have to stay nimble! If you want to see how Latman runs his company, just google him and see how he runs his life. In 2017, he's #9 in the State of MD for tax evaders in the state to the tune of $365,000. The United States has filed case # 8:2017cv01492 for IRS Tax Recovery in June of 2017. I personally saw 30+ employees terminated in months, so don't believe his responses to low turnover (it's a joke). His 50th Birthday party was only attended by his management team, because he doesn't have friends. He got out of a 5-years building lease by just not paying, closed shop and fired everybody. Look him up with Microworks, where he should have gone to jail. These aren't my words, they are public information anyone can look up. He has the uncanny ability to look you in the eye and tell you a bold-faced lie. Stay away unless you are desperate for a temporary job. You're hard work will get you nowhere and your creativity will be called stupid, because it wasn't Keith's idea.

Pros

I worked at iMagicLab (CRMSuite) for 3 years, and I'm super grateful for my time there. I started out in an entry level job and within a year was able to move into management and then to sales. The growth potential for individuals at this company is unlike anything I've seen elsewhere. Literally the only thing that limits how high you can climb is your performance. The product is exceptional and the team all believes in it. If you stand out in your work, you'll be rewarded for it. It's a demanding job (always have to be available for clients), but if you know that going in and set your expectations appropriately you'll be fine. Most of the negativity on this board comes from folks who just aren't a good fit for the company (despite being established, things often feel like a startup; some people hate that while others thrive in that environment).

Cons

There is truth to the comments some folks have made about change happening often and having a fair amount of turnover. But everyone there knows what kind of company they are a part of. The instability in structure is what allows for flexibility in growth. You can't really have one without the other. Don't come here if you aren't willing to hustle and open to wearing multiple hats. Also, much of the expertise that you gain here is limited to a pretty specific career niche, so consider where you'd like to be long term before committing.
