      Ability to work from home No preassure

      Cons

      Overall - pretty bad company with no perks. Switching between projects is almost impossible. If you have shown up yourself on one project and are willing to switch to another with new technologies - they will treat you like Junior Developer and cut down your salary, so still no trust in your ability to learn and do the work well.
