      Pros

      This role can offer an interesting experience especially for someone who enjoys enterprise projects. The work is complex, but it pushes me to level up my skills. I’ve learned a lot about integration frameworks and large systems. Plus, the team is open-minded and willing to discuss ideas, which keeps the discussions both challenging and engaging. I’m also satisfied with the pay and perks the company offers.

      Pros

      Demanding work, but I've learned much more here than in my previous jobs. Engineers included in troubleshooting, planning, system improvements, and discussions instead of only given coding tasks. Gaining a deeper understanding of enterprise software systems.
